With nearly three decades of leadership in luxury hospitality, Michelle Smith brings a wealth of experience, vision, and dedication to her role as a board member at Women In Hospitality, Inc. Her longstanding career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts—where she currently serves as Director of Residential and Concierge Services—has been defined by excellence in guest service, operational expertise, and mentorship.

Michelle’s professional journey has taken her from the Mauna Kea Resort in Hawaii to Four Seasons properties across the U.S., holding key positions such as Bungalow Assistant Manager, Conference Services Coordinator, Chef Concierge, and more. Known for her sharp operational insight and deep commitment to hospitality excellence, she has become a respected leader within the industry and a mentor to many rising professionals.

Her background also includes roles at iconic destinations like Halekulani and Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows, along with a formal education from Columbia College Chicago. Throughout her career, Michelle has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to service, leadership, and continuous growth.

Now, through her work with Women In Hospitality, Inc., Michelle is focused on paying it forward—amplifying the voices of women in the industry and helping pave the way for the next generation of hospitality leaders.
