After selling her travel agency to the Catholic Church, Michelle merged her expertise with her husband’s in technology to form LuxuryRes, a company dedicated to bringing cutting-edge solutions to the global hotel industry. Throughout her career, Michelle’s love for travel and her belief in the power of connection have driven her to create opportunities that elevate guest experiences worldwide.
Beyond her professional achievements, Michelle is deeply passionate about helping women succeed and rise to leadership roles. She envisions a future where more women are CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders in their industries. 
Michelle’s most recent venture, Women in Hospitality, is a cause close to her heart. Started by her daughter, Annaliese, this charity aims to empower and uplift women in the hospitality industry. Through mentorship, education, and community-building, Michelle and everyone involved are committed to providing women with the resources and support they need to succeed and break through barriers. She is excited to be a part of this impactful initiative, which she believes will spark positive change and inspire a new generation of women to lead.
